Loyalty Programme Changes – June 2026
As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering better value to our customers, we have made the decision to close our loyalty points system.
Rather than offering rewards that need to be accumulated and redeemed at a later date, we are now passing those savings directly back to you through lower prices and immediate discounts across our website.
This change means every customer benefits instantly at the point of purchase, with clearer pricing, greater transparency, and direct savings on every order.
Effective immediately, loyalty points are no longer being accrued. The final date to earn loyalty points was 31st May 2026.
You'll already start to notice this on recently added product lines, including our Action Figures range and Pre-Orders, where we're introducing more competitive pricing and stronger everyday value.
In most cases, customers will now receive greater value through our new lower pricing structure than they would have accumulated through the previous loyalty points programme.
This new pricing structure will apply across the majority of our released stock. However, due to supplier restrictions, limited availability, and product-specific pricing considerations, Comics, Literature, Pre-Owned products, Single Trading Cards, and selected specialist or limited-availability items may be excluded from these additional discounts.
Please note that these savings are exclusive to purchases made through our website. Products sold through our eBay store may be priced independently from our website, reflecting the additional fees and operating costs associated with third-party marketplace platforms. As a result, the best value and promotional pricing will generally continue to be available directly through our website.
What Happens to My Existing Loyalty Points?
We want to reassure customers that no eligible loyalty value will be lost as part of this transition.
All loyalty points earned through eligible website purchases and held on customer accounts as of 31st May 2026 will be calculated and converted into store credit, which will be added directly to your customer account as a single balance.
Our loyalty programme awarded 10 spooky points for every £1 spent, and your final store credit value will be calculated from your eligible points balance at the time the programme closed.
Any eligible website orders placed on or before 31st May 2026 will be included in the final points calculation.
Eligible customers do not need to take any action. This will be a manual process, and all qualifying customers will have their store credit added to their account by 31st July 2026.
Once applied, your store credit will be available within your customer account and can be redeemed against future website purchases until 31st December 2026.

- Automatically added to your customer account.
- Issued as a single store credit balance.
- Valid exclusively on our website.
- No minimum spend requirement.
- Available to use on future website purchases.
- Valid until 31st December 2026.
- Calculated from your final eligible loyalty points balance.
Only purchases made directly through our website are eligible for loyalty rewards consideration. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces, including eBay, are not eligible for loyalty rewards or store credit calculations.
