Refund policy
Ordering Comics from the FOC section:
Given the nature of open-order comic books, we will strive to fulfill orders precisely according to our customers' specifications. While not ideal, we do allow for the cancellation of any portion of an order prior to the Final Order Cut-Off date. After this date, cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that comics are periodicals and are therefore exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, owing to their perishable nature.
In-stock items:
We are happy to offer an exchange/refund for any in-stock items within 14 days of being delivery.
RETURNS POLICY OVERVIEW
- Items must NOT be used, worn or washed.
- Items must be in original packaging with all original tags attached.
- Any tampered security seals, cannot be returned. This includes all comic books.
- Refunds will be to the amount of any returned product, any paid out shipping can not be refunded.
- Returning items back to us, you will be charged the postage rate.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original untampered packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. |
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges for the same product can be processed swiftly, please contact us for reservations. If you require other items, please either contact us to hold for you or order away, with the comfort in mind that your return has been authorised.
Outside of the UK Returns
Requests for any oversea returns, will be refused. This is due to customs, furthermore, any customs charges will be your responsibility upon entry to your country.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
