Secure your copy ahead of release. Pre-ordering reserves stock before general availability and helps us order accurately from our distributors.

Orders are dispatched in line with eBay's pre-order requirements (within 40 business days). In practice, we aim to dispatch within 1–4 working days of stock arriving at our warehouse following its release.

Release schedules are determined by publishers and distributors, and may occasionally change. If a title experiences a significant delay beyond our original estimate, or we're unable to fulfil a confirmed pre-order, we'll contact you promptly to discuss the most appropriate way forward.

We honour all confirmed pre-orders, regardless of changes in market value.

Shipping

Pre-order items are dispatched within 1–4 working days of arriving at our warehouse following our quality control checks.

One shipping charge. Unlimited eligible comics.

We've chosen this approach because we believe it's the fairest way to price comics. Rather than building postage costs into every title, we charge a fair price for each comic and a single flat-rate tracked shipping fee, so the more eligible comics you add, the better value your delivery becomes.

Evri Tracked is our standard delivery service, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 also available during checkout. We also absorb part of the postage and specialist collector packaging costs to help keep delivery fair and affordable.

Managing Your Orders

Orders may be combined or split at our discretion to help keep deliveries as efficient as possible. Where orders are combined, any excess shipping paid will be automatically refunded.

If you've placed multiple orders, feel free to let us know before dispatch. While it's never expected, a quick nudge is always welcome and helps us identify eligible orders sooner. Orders should be placed using the same customer name and delivery address, so they can be matched correctly.

If a title is significantly delayed, we may dispatch available items separately at no additional shipping cost, rather than delay your entire order. Likewise, if items from a later order are available sooner, we may bring them forward into an earlier shipment where practical. If you'd rather not wait for future releases, a pull-out shipment can also be arranged at any time for the cost of a single delivery charge.

Collector-Standard Packaging

Every order is packed to a collector's standard using rigid comic mailers and protective packaging to help ensure your comics arrive in the best possible condition.

Other collectables: 14-day change-of-mind returns from delivery (contact us for return authorisation; buyer pays return postage)

Returns must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging; refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receipt

Excessive cancellations may result in account review and future orders being declined

Distributor deliveries: Wednesday–Friday

Shipping begins shortly after US pull date (typically by Monday, often sooner)

During peak periods (e.g. major releases or holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer

Bagging & Boarding

Complimentary for all eligible items (Current, Silver or Magazine sizes as appropriate)

Premium Comic Stor and Comiccare supplies used

During our supplier transition period, books may be received in either Comic Stor or Comiccare bags and boards depending on time of processing and stock availability

Books may be packaged in either Current or Silver size formats while remaining Comiccare stock is phased out

Some oversized items may not be bagged and/or boarded due to format

Supplier Notes

Orders placed by SKU/UPC — images, artist information and release dates subject to change

If a Virgin cover is shown and the title does not specify "Virgin," trade dress should be expected

Incentive or variant changes that affect the originally offered item may result in order cancellation and refund

In rare cases of distributor shortages or allocation cuts, orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Where possible, stock will be sourced from alternative suppliers. If an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued immediately
