Blind Bags/Boxes: All sales final (chance-based product – multiples purchased to find specific items are non-returnable)

Other collectables: 14-day change-of-mind returns from delivery date (contact us for return authorisation; buyer pays return postage)

Collectables returns: Must be returned in original unopened condition with all packaging; refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
