Pre-Order Policy

All pre-orders are fulfilled with priority and will not be cancelled due to market price increases.

Stock is allocated through established distributor channels. Where allocation limits apply, orders are processed on a first-come basis.

Additional sourcing is utilised shortly after release where required to support fulfilment. If an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Any issues are resolved quickly with clear communication throughout.

Shipping

All items are securely packaged to a collector standard using rigid comic mailers.

Comics/TPBs/HCs/Omnibus: Non-returnable once shipped (Consumer Contracts Regulations exemption for unsealed periodicals)

Blind Bags/Boxes: All sales final (chance-based product; sealed items are not eligible for return, including for item outcome, selection, or duplicate purchases)

Other collectables: 14-day change-of-mind returns from delivery (contact us for return authorisation; buyer pays return postage)

Returns must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging; refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receipt

Excessive cancellations may result in account review and future orders being declined

Delivery Timing

Distributor deliveries: Wednesday–Friday

Shipping begins shortly after US pull date (typically by Monday, often sooner)

Orders are dispatched within 1–4 working days of stock arrival (Thursday–Monday dispatch schedule)

During peak periods (e.g. major releases or holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer

Bagging & Boarding

Complimentary for all eligible items (Current, Silver or Magazine sizes as appropriate)

Premium Comic Stor and Comiccare supplies used

During our supplier transition period, books may be received in either Comic Stor or Comiccare bags and boards depending on time of processing and stock availability

Books may be packaged in either Current or Silver size formats while remaining Comiccare stock is phased out

Some oversized items may not be bagged and/or boarded due to format

Supplier Notes

Orders placed by SKU/UPC — images, artist information and release dates subject to change

If a Virgin cover is shown and the title does not specify "Virgin," trade dress should be expected

Incentive or variant changes that affect the originally offered item may result in order cancellation and refund

In rare cases of distributor shortages or allocation cuts, orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Where possible, stock will be sourced from alternative suppliers. If an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued immediately
