Our grading is designed to provide clear, consistent expectations across all collectable products. Every item is individually quality checked before dispatch and assigned the grade that best reflects its overall presentation.

Collected Set – Confirmed Complete Before Dispatch

The original blind packaging will be opened by Spooky Electro after receipt solely to identify the figures and confirm the complete six-character set.

The figures themselves will remain new and unused. Once a complete set has been confirmed, the six figures will be supplied together as one collected set.

Minor manufacturing or handling imperfections may occasionally be present and are considered normal within the collectables industry.

MANAGING YOUR ORDERS

Orders placed separately using the same customer name and delivery address may be combined before dispatch where practical. Any excess shipping paid will be automatically refunded.

About Our Grading:
Every collectable is individually assessed before dispatch. Our grades are designed to provide clear and consistent expectations before you buy.

Independent Grading:
These grades are unique to Spooky Electro and are not intended to be directly comparable with any third-party grading service.

● Grade A:
Excellent overall presentation with little to no visible cosmetic imperfections.

● Grade B:
Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present, such as light shelf wear, minor packaging compression or other handling imperfections, whilst remaining a well-presented collectable.

● Grade C:
Noticeable cosmetic damage is present, such as significant creasing, crushing, tears or other defects affecting the overall presentation. These listings always include photographs of the actual item for sale.

Listing Images:
Grade A and Grade B listings are generally supplied using representative images. Grade C listings always include photographs of the actual item for sale.

Returns

Comics:
Comics, Trade Paperbacks, Hardcovers and Omnibus editions are non-returnable once dispatched under the Consumer Contracts Regulations exemption for unsealed periodicals. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Blind & Mystery Products:
All Blind Bags, Blind Boxes and other sealed chance-based products are non-returnable. This includes products that remain factory sealed. By purchasing these items, you accept the randomly selected contents as part of the product. To protect the integrity of these products for all customers, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted due to duplicate contents, rarity, collectability, perceived value or personal preference.

Other Collectables:
Unopened collectables may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Account Review:
In the interests of keeping our service fair for all customers, accounts may be reviewed following repeated returns, cancellations or policy-related issues. Where appropriate, we may decline future orders.
