Item Condition

All collectables supplied by Spooky Electro are brand new and officially licensed.

Due to the nature of the retail supply chain, minor cosmetic imperfections should be expected. These may include light scuffs, surface marks, storage imprints, minor paint inconsistencies, slight corner or packaging wear, or other small cosmetic blemishes that can occur during manufacturing, handling, transportation or storage.

Where practical, every item is individually inspected before dispatch, and we always select the best examples available. Any cosmetic imperfections are purely aesthetic and do not affect the functionality, authenticity or overall display quality of the product.

These characteristics are typical of collectables throughout the retail supply chain and should be expected regardless of where they are purchased. Where an item differs from this general condition, it will be clearly detailed within the Product Details section below

 

Order Information

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts.

Our stock levels are updated regularly to reflect availability. In the rare event that stock changes across our sales channels at the same time, we'll contact you promptly to arrange a full refund or, where possible, source another unit from our distributor.

Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

All orders are carefully packed using packaging specifically selected to provide appropriate protection during transit.

Orders are generally treated separately. However, where practical, if we identify multiple orders being dispatched to the same address on the same day, we'll combine them into a single parcel and refund any additional delivery charges paid where applicable.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll normally dispatch everything together once all items are available. If a pre-order experiences a significant delay, we may split your order into multiple shipments at no additional cost.

Returns

Comics/TPBs/HCs/Omnibus: Non-returnable once shipped (Consumer Contracts Regulations exemption for unsealed periodicals)

Blind Bags/Boxes: All sales final (chance-based product; sealed items are not eligible for return, including for item outcome, selection, or duplicate purchases)

Other collectables: 14-day change-of-mind returns from delivery (contact us for return authorisation; buyer pays return postage)

Returns must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging; refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receipt

Excessive cancellations may result in account review and future orders being declined

All comics are shipped in protective rigid mailers with branded packaging touches where available

Orders containing pre-order items are dispatched once all items are available
In-stock items purchased alongside pre-orders will be held and shipped together

eBay purchases of in-stock and pre-order items will incur separate shipping charges; any rebate remains subject to transaction fees. Please contact us before ordering if you require combined shipping

Orders to the same address may be combined where possible
Significant publisher delays may result in orders being split and dispatched separately at our discretion

 

Delivery Timing

Distributor deliveries: Wednesday–Friday

Shipping begins shortly after US pull date (typically by Monday, often sooner)

Orders are dispatched within 1–4 working days of stock arrival (Thursday–Monday dispatch schedule)

During peak periods (e.g. major releases or holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer

 

Bagging & Boarding

Complimentary for all eligible items (Current, Silver or Magazine sizes as appropriate)

Premium Comic Stor and Comiccare supplies used

During our supplier transition period, books may be received in either Comic Stor or Comiccare bags and boards depending on time of processing and stock availability

Books may be packaged in either Current or Silver size formats while remaining Comiccare stock is phased out

Some oversized items may not be bagged and/or boarded due to format

 

Supplier Notes

Orders placed by SKU/UPC — images, artist information and release dates subject to change

If a Virgin cover is shown and the title does not specify "Virgin," trade dress should be expected

Incentive or variant changes that affect the originally offered item may result in order cancellation and refund

In rare cases of distributor shortages or allocation cuts, orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Where possible, stock will be sourced from alternative suppliers. If an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued immediately
