UNDERSTANDING OUR GRADING

To help make purchasing simpler, we use our own Spooky Electro Collectables Grading System.

Our grading is designed to provide clear, consistent expectations across all collectable products. Every item is individually assessed once it arrives and again before dispatch.

As provisional and pre-order stock has not yet been physically inspected by us, the expected condition shown below represents the minimum standard we aim to supply.

EXPECTED SUPPLIED CONDITION

Grade B or Better – Expected Minimum Standard

As this product has not yet arrived at our warehouse, we cannot assess the individual packaging condition in advance. Our expected minimum supplied standard is therefore Grade B or better.

Grade B items may show minor cosmetic imperfections such as light shelf wear, minor packaging compression or other handling imperfections, whilst remaining a well-presented collectable.

Every item will be individually quality checked once stock arrives. Our expected minimum supplied standard is Grade B or better, although the final grade will depend on the actual condition of each item received. Anything less than quoted, we will reach out.

Unless otherwise stated, listing images may include representative or stock photographs.

Once stock arrives, orders are typically dispatched within 1–4 working days following our quality control checks.

Where possible, orders are dispatched together to help minimise the number of shipments while keeping delivery fair and cost-effective.

Mix and match across our range—including comics, books and collectables—and pay just one shipping charge on eligible items. Combining your order offers better overall value while helping to reduce unnecessary packaging and shipments.

We've chosen this approach because we believe it's the fairest way to price the products we sell. Rather than building postage costs into every item, we charge fair product prices alongside a flat-rate tracked shipping fee where applicable. Some larger or oversized products require different packaging and shipping methods and may therefore be excluded from this pricing structure.

Evri Tracked is our standard delivery service, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 also available during checkout.

MANAGING YOUR ORDERS

Orders placed separately using the same customer name and delivery address may be combined before dispatch where practical. Any excess shipping paid will be automatically refunded.

About Our Grading:
Every collectable is individually assessed before dispatch. Our grades are designed to provide clear and consistent expectations before you buy.

Independent Grading:
These grades are unique to Spooky Electro and are not intended to be directly comparable with any third-party grading service.

● Grade A:
Excellent overall presentation with little to no visible cosmetic imperfections.

● Grade B:
Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present, such as light shelf wear, minor packaging compression or other handling imperfections, whilst remaining a well-presented collectable.

● Grade C:
Noticeable cosmetic damage is present, such as significant creasing, crushing, tears or other defects affecting the overall presentation. These listings always include photographs of the actual item for sale.

Listing Images:
Grade A and Grade B listings are generally supplied using representative images. Grade C listings always include photographs of the actual item for sale.

Returns

Comics:
Comics, Trade Paperbacks, Hardcovers and Omnibus editions are non-returnable once dispatched under the Consumer Contracts Regulations exemption for unsealed periodicals. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Blind & Mystery Products:
All Blind Bags, Blind Boxes and other sealed chance-based products are non-returnable. This includes products that remain factory sealed. By purchasing these items, you accept the randomly selected contents as part of the product. To protect the integrity of these products for all customers, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted due to duplicate contents, rarity, collectability, perceived value or personal preference.

Other Collectables:
Unopened collectables may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete and returned in their original packaging.

Pre-Order Cancellations:
Once a provisional product becomes available to order, any applicable pre-order cancellation terms will be shown before purchase.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Account Review:
In the interests of keeping our service fair for all customers, accounts may be reviewed following repeated returns, cancellations or policy-related issues. Where appropriate, we may decline future orders.

UK Delivery:

International Delivery:
We do not generally offer international shipping. If you're interested in a particular item, please get in touch and we'll be happy to explore the options available.

Combined Shipping:
Eligible comics and collectables may be combined into a single shipment where practical. This does not apply to items requiring a dedicated shipment.

Pre-Orders & In-Stock Items:
Orders containing pre-order items are dispatched once all items are available. Split shipments can be arranged on request, subject to an additional shipping charge.

Packaging:
Every order is dispatched using appropriate protective packaging for the items ordered.
