ITEM CONDITION

The condition of this item has been assessed in accordance with our Spooky Electro Collectables Grading System.

Grade B – New

This item is brand new and individually quality checked before dispatch.

Grade B collectables remain in good overall condition but may show minor cosmetic imperfections to the outer packaging. These can include light shelf wear, small surface marks, minor corner wear, slight packaging compression or other handling imperfections.

One or several of these imperfections may be present, provided the overall presentation meets our Grade B standard.

About Our Grading:

Independent Grading:
These grades are unique to Spooky Electro and are not intended to be directly comparable with any third-party grading service.

● Grade A:
Excellent overall presentation with little to no visible cosmetic imperfections.

● Grade B:
Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present, such as light shelf wear, minor packaging compression or other handling imperfections, whilst remaining a well-presented collectable.

● Grade C:
Noticeable cosmetic damage is present, such as significant creasing, crushing, tears or other defects affecting the overall presentation. These listings always include photographs of the actual item for sale.

Listing Images:
Grade A and Grade B listings are generally supplied using representative images. Grade C listings always include photographs of the actual item for sale.

 

Returns

Comics:
Returns and cancellation rights for comics, trade paperbacks, hardcovers and omnibus editions are handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation. Statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Blind & Mystery Products:
Blind bags, blind boxes and other sealed chance-based products contain randomly selected items. Specific characters, rarity or value cannot be guaranteed. Returns and statutory cancellation rights are handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation.

Other Collectables:
Customers purchasing online generally have the right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Returned products should be handled with reasonable care and returned complete, with original packaging where possible. Any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may be deducted where legally permitted.

Refunds:

Eligible comics and collectables may be combined into a single shipment where practical. This does not apply to items requiring a dedicated shipment.

Pre-Orders & In-Stock Items:
Orders containing pre-order items are normally dispatched once all items are available. If an outstanding item is significantly delayed, we may arrange a separate shipment of available UK items at no additional charge. Other requested split shipments may incur an additional delivery charge.

Packaging:
Every order is dispatched using appropriate protective packaging for the items ordered.
