Orders are dispatched within 1–7 working days, starting from the next working day after purchase. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. This covers the time we allow to prepare and send your order, not the time it takes to reach you once dispatched.

The number of orders we're working through can vary depending on that week's comic releases. On quieter days, we might have a dozen or two orders to prepare, while major releases can leave us with hundreds to work through. Some orders may be dispatched within a day or two, while others may take the full seven working days. Both fall within our advertised timeframe. We always aim to dispatch sooner where possible, but we'd rather complete our quality checks and packaging properly than rush orders.

Orders containing multiple items are typically dispatched together once all items are available. If a product experiences a significant manufacturer or distributor delay, we may dispatch available items separately at no additional shipping cost, at our discretion. Customer-requested split shipments may be subject to an additional shipping charge.

Collectables requiring dedicated protective packaging may be dispatched individually where necessary.

Orders placed separately using the same customer name and delivery address may be combined before dispatch where practical. Any excess shipping paid will be automatically refunded where applicable.

About Our Grading: Every collectable is individually assessed before dispatch. Our grades provide clear and consistent expectations before you buy.

Independent Grading: These grades are unique to Spooky Electro and are not intended to be directly comparable with any third-party grading service.

Grade A: Excellent overall presentation with little to no visible cosmetic imperfections.

Grade B: Minor cosmetic imperfections, including light shelf wear, minor packaging compression, tiny millimetre-sized tears or other handling imperfections. These do not significantly affect the overall presentation.

Grade C: Noticeable cosmetic damage, including significant creasing, crushing, tears or other defects affecting presentation. Actual-item photographs are included.

Listing Images: Grade A and Grade B listings generally use representative images. Grade C listings include photographs of the actual item for sale.

Comics: Applicable cancellation and return rights depend on the product and relevant consumer legislation. Statutory rights remain unaffected where goods are faulty or not as described.

Blind & Mystery Products: Blind and mystery products contain randomly allocated items. Duplicate contents, rarity or perceived value are not guaranteed. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Other Collectables: Eligible collectables may be returned under the applicable 14-day cancellation period. Items should be returned complete and with original packaging where available, subject to statutory requirements and any permitted deductions for handling.

Order Cancellations: Please contact us if you need to cancel before dispatch. Applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Refunds: Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days where applicable, subject to statutory refund deadlines.
