Once stock arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch, calculated as 10 working days beginning on the next working day after arrival. This is the time we allow for quality checks, preparation and dispatch, not the time your parcel takes to reach you once sent.

Comic storage boxes require larger, specially selected packaging to protect them during transit. The number of orders we're working through can also vary depending on that week's comic releases. On quieter days, we might have a dozen or two orders to prepare, while major releases can leave us with hundreds to work through. Some boxes may be dispatched sooner, but we'd appreciate customers allowing the full two-week window while we prepare everything properly.

Due to their size and irregular packaging, comic storage boxes may need to be dispatched separately from other products, even when purchased together. There is no additional shipping charge where we arrange separate parcels. We always aim to dispatch sooner where possible, and if your order goes beyond the advertised timeframe after stock arrival, please get in touch and we'll be happy to look into it.

MANAGING YOUR ORDERS

Comic storage boxes can be purchased alongside other eligible products where the checkout allows. Due to their size, they may be packed and dispatched separately.

Orders placed separately using the same customer name and delivery address may be reviewed for consolidation where practical. Any eligible excess postage paid will be automatically refunded.
