Orders containing multiple items are typically dispatched together once all items are available. If an item experiences a significant manufacturer or supplier delay, we may dispatch available items separately at no additional shipping cost rather than delay your entire order. This decision is made at our discretion. If you'd prefer part of your order to be dispatched earlier for any other reason, split shipments can be arranged on request, subject to an additional shipping charge.

One shipping charge per shipment. Unlimited eligible items.

We've chosen this approach because we believe it's the fairest way to price collectables. Rather than building postage costs into every item, we charge a fair price for the product and a single flat-rate tracked shipping fee. We also absorb part of the postage and protective packaging costs to help keep delivery fair and affordable.

Evri Tracked is our standard delivery service, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 also available during checkout.

MANAGING YOUR ORDERS

Orders placed separately using the same customer name and delivery address may be combined before dispatch where practical. Any excess shipping paid will be automatically refunded.

As playmats are manufactured, printed, handled and packed before reaching us, minor factory imperfections can occasionally occur. We'll always inspect the exterior and visible finish of your playmat before it leaves our warehouse and provide the same level of care and attention expected from Spooky Electro.
